#1 Expanding time recording
Advanced filter options
You can now filter time entries not only by time, but also by “project”, “employee” and “type.” This enables you, for example, to better control the actual times of projects or to keep an eye on the sick days of your employees.
Create new entries in office application
If, for example, your employee forgot to enter their times on a specific day, you can now do this for them completely relaxed using the office application. Your employee will then also see the entry in their list in their smartphone app.
Edit entries
You also have the option to subsequently adjust the project assignment and the notes of your employees' existing entries. To do this, simply click on the respective entry in the office application.
#2 Upload multiple images at once (smartphone app)
You and your employees can now upload multiple images from the gallery to Plancraft at the same time. This means that the construction site is documented even more quickly.
#3 Texts in the list of services
Some services or positions require additional explanations for the customer. That is why you can now also drag texts directly into the list of services.
#4 New project list design
Project number and customer are now displayed as “normal” text and no longer as so-called “labels.” As a result, the list has become clearer and more concise.

#5 VAT -ID in invoice
Do you address an invoice to a customer who is in contact with a VAT. -ID, this is now displayed on the invoice under the addressee. In Austria, this is mandatory even with an invoice volume of over 10,000€.
#6 Upload large PDFs
We've increased the limit for uploading files to the chat. This means that PDFs larger than 20mb can now also be uploaded.
