Plancraft is a simple software for craftsmen that gives you the freedom to do what you love: your craft. All possible office tasks, such as creating offers and invoices, project planning, calculations, communication between the office and job site, as well as time management, can be digitalized and significantly simplified.

Our product demo gives you a detailed insight into all of plancraft's features. In an individual session, one of our team members will show you how to work with plancraft and digitalize your business. You can book the demo here.
At the end of the trial period, you have the option to switch to a paid package. All your data can be transferred directly. If you do not choose a subscription, your account will be downgraded to our free package. In any case, you won’t lose anything!
Prices & Packages
The cost of plancraft varies depending on the package and the number of users to ensure flexible pricing that adapts to the size and needs of every craft business. As a small business, you can get started for as little as €29.90 per month. For detailed information, please check our pricing page or contact our team.
The office application is designed for extensive management and planning in the office. Here, you can create offers and invoices, plan your projects in the project schedule, perform calculations, and much more. The mobile app, on the other hand, is designed to give you access to the essentials from your smartphone. It includes task descriptions, work instructions, digital signatures, time tracking, and chat functionality between the job site and the office.
An office user has access to the office application of plancraft and can also download the mobile app. An office user is therefore fully equipped. Mobile users, however, only have access to the mobile app with features specifically optimized for on-the-go usage.
The number of licenses depends on the number of users who will be working with plancraft. One license is required per active user. We strongly advise against sharing licenses, as features like the project schedule or time tracking may lose functionality. We are happy to advise you by phone on which package and licenses make the most sense for you. Get in touch with us!
After your test account expires, your account will be switched to the free package. All data remains intact, and you can continue to log in, but some features will no longer be available. If you'd like to extend your trial period or have any questions, feel free to contact us!

A project file helps you keep all relevant documents and information for a project organized in one place. This simplifies tracking and managing progress and allows you to maintain a clear overview at all times.
You can create cumulative and flat-rate interim invoices based on the progress of the project or specific milestones set in advance.
Yes, the security of your data is our top priority. We use advanced encryption technologies and adhere to German data protection regulations. You can use plancraft from any device, but you always need your personal login credentials. Thanks to real-time saving, your data is protected even in the event of a computer crash.
Yes, plancraft allows you to import existing GAEB or Excel data. You can also upload your DATANORM catalogs.
Your data is securely stored in the cloud. Our servers are located in Germany and comply with the highest security standards.
Our mobile app offers an offline mode that allows you to continue accessing important functions and synchronizing changes as soon as you're back online.
