Frequently Asked Questions
Switching to a craft software can be so simple – we answer your questions!
General Questions
What is plancraft?
plancraft is a simple software solution for tradespeople, giving you the space to focus on what you love: your craft. All administrative tasks – such as creating quotes and invoices, planning projects, managing costs, communicating between the office and the site, and even tracking hours – can be digitised and significantly simplified.
How can I get in touch with you?

What is the difference between the desktop application and the mobile app?
The office app is designed for comprehensive administration and planning in the office. Here you can draw up quotations and invoices, plan your projects on the planning tab, carry out calculations and much more. The mobile app, on the other hand, is designed to provide access to the most important information via a smartphone and to support staff. Here you can find route directions, work instructions, digital signatures, time recording and a chat function between the site and the office.
What is the difference between a mobile user and an office-based user?
An Office user has access to the plancraft Office application and can also download the mobile app. An Office user is therefore fully equipped. Mobile users, on the other hand, only have access to the mobile app, which features functions specifically optimised for use on the move.
How many licences do I need?
The number of licences depends on the number of users who need access to plancraft. One licence is required per active user. We strongly advise against sharing licences, as many features – such as the planning sheet or time tracking – will no longer work properly. We’d be happy to advise you over the phone on which package and licences are best suited to your needs. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
How quickly do I need to make a decision?
Once your 7-day trial period has ended, your account will be switched to the free plan. All your data will be retained and you’ll still be able to log in, but some features will no longer be available. If you’d like to extend your trial period or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
