Our hiring process
1. Get to know (30 min, virtual)
In this first digital call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll get the chance to learn more about plancraft, how we work, and the role itself. Of course, we’re also curious to learn more about you: What motivates you, and what are you looking for?
2. Skill & Experience Deep Dive (90 min, virtual)
In the second step, we’ll dive deeper into your professional background: What experiences and skills do you bring? What topics spark your interest? And where do you want to grow? As part of this step, you’ll also work on a challenge—either ahead of the call or during the interview.
3. Meet the Team (90 min, ideally on-site)
In the final round, you’ll meet your future team and parts of the management—ideally in person at our office in Hamburg. This is all about getting to know each other on a personal and cultural level. If it’s a match on both sides, we’re excited to move forward with an offer!
