Meet the plancraft team
Management
Like every good story, plancraft has its beginning. The story of plancraft starts with our three founders, who have been pursuing the mission “Less office, more craft” since 2020. Alexander is a civil engineer, carpenter's son and software developer. He has been working on our app with finesse since day 1. Richard is responsible for the perfect technical implementation. Julian is driving the strategic development of plancraft.
Customer Success
Our Customer Success team is responsible for ensuring that all existing customers remain completely happy with plancraft! She accompanies our customers on every step of their journey, answers questions and helps to optimally integrate plancraft into everyday work. The goal: to make our clients' office work as simple and efficient as possible.
Sales
Our Sales Team is the first point of contact for all potential new customers. They make sure plancraft gets into the hands of companies looking to finally digitalize their office work. Through personalized consultations, product demos, and tailored packages, they ensure everyone out there gets convinced by plancraft.
Marketing
Our Marketing Team makes sure the world knows about plancraft. Through creative campaigns and bold strategies, they show how plancraft is reshaping the future of the craft industry and saving time. They are the creative voice behind plancraft.
Revenue Operations
Our Revenue Operations team ensures that all processes related to revenue and growth run smoothly. Through data-driven analysis and optimized workflows, the foundation for scalable growth is created, ensuring that Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success work seamlessly together.
Expansion
The expansion team at plancraft is working to expand our mission across Europe. Their goal is to offer tradespeople in all countries the same digital tools that are already helping German companies. This is how we support tradesmen everywhere on their way into the digital future!
Product Management
Our product management team always keeps an eye on the big picture. They connect the needs of our users with our product vision, prioritize new features and coordinate implementation. With a great deal of strategic sensitivity, they ensure that we solve the right problems at the right time — always with the aim of creating the best digital tool for craft businesses.
UX Design
Our UX design team makes the user experience at plancraft as intuitive and efficient as possible. They regularly talk to craftspeople, test prototypes, and think through every function down to the smallest detail. The result: software that not only looks good but feels completely natural — and genuinely makes everyday work easier.
Engineering
Our engineering team translates product ideas into functional, scalable code. Driven by a passion for craftsmanship and modern technology, they develop robust, high-performance solutions that integrate seamlessly into our users' daily lives. Data
Our data team ensures that decisions at plancraft are based on solid data. They analyze usage behavior, identify patterns, and provide valuable insights for product, marketing, and strategy. At the same time, they create the foundation for data-driven features that provide real added value to our users.
People & Organization
The People & Organization team brings in the right talent, shapes our employee experiences, and develops the organizational frameworks that empower both plancraft and its people to thrive. They make sure everyone feels welcome, supported, and set up for success by creating an inclusive workplace where our people are enabled to do their best work, together. They balance a people-centered and data-driven approach and never lose sight of what truly defines our culture.
Strategy & Operations
The Strategy & Operations team is plancraft’s strategic execution engine, ensuring organizational alignment, effective delivery across the company, and continuous improvement of our Company Operating System.
Finance
The finance team takes care of all financial processes at plancraft. They monitor budgets, optimize processes and ensure that the company grows on a solid financial basis. They are the figures experts behind our software.
Feelgood Team
Our Feelgood Team is all about good vibes and a relaxed work atmosphere. With their positive energy, they brighten even the gloomiest of Hamburg days, accompany us through the workday, boost morale, and motivate the entire team.
