Would you like to import and edit ÖNORM data in plancraft? No problem! In this blog article, we'll show you how you can easily use the tender format from Austria.
With plancraft, you have the opportunity to create and transmit offers and other documents digitally efficiently and in accordance with standards. Here you can find out everything you need to know about using ÖNORM in plancraft: from supported versions and file types to import and export options.
Submitting offers with ÖNORM
Step 1: Get the tender file
To submit an offer as part of a tender, you need an ÖNORM file (e.g. .onlv), which you receive from an architect or contracting authority.
Step 2: Upload a list of services
Create a new offer in plancraft and select the option “Submit an offer with ÖNORM”. Upload the tender file to access the document editor directly.
Step 3: Edit offer
After the upload, you are in the special editing mode for ÖNORM tenders. Often, only the price may be adjusted. You can use our price and overall calculation, and it will show you where prices are still missing or have already been stored.
Step 4: Export and submit
When your offer is ready, you can export it either as a PDF or in ÖNORM format.
If you encounter any problems (e.g. damaged files, large file sizes, connection issues), feel free to contact our support team at support@plancraft.de.
Importing master data
