1. General

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate participation in the plancraft switching bonus program. By participating in the switching bonus program, you accept the following terms and conditions.

2. General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the plancraft switching bonus program

2.1.The switching bonus program is aimed at companies currently under contract with a specialized craft software solution specifically developed for the trade industry. Excluded are general software programs such as Word, Excel, Notes, Pages, Lexoffice, Lexware, and Sage.

2.2. plancraft reserves the right to decide individually whether a software solution qualifies as craft software.

3. Participation Requirements

3.1. To participate in the switching bonus program, the following information and proof must be submitted:


- First Name


- Surname


- Company Name


- Phone Number


- Upload a document proving the company is still bound by a contract


- Month of the contract term of the current software


- Desired plancraft package

3.2. Proof of the existing contract is mandatory. Plancraft reserves the right to request additional information.

4. Switching Bonus

4.1.The switching bonus is granted in the form of a voucher applied to the first invoice of your plancraft annual subscription. The value of the voucher depends on the remaining term of your current software contract, up to a maximum of six months:


- Remaining term 1 month: Voucher for the value of the selected plancraft package for 1 month

-  Remaining term 2 months: Voucher for the value of the selected plancraft package for 2 months

- Remaining term 3 months: Voucher for the value of the selected plancraft package for 3 months

- Remaining term 4 months: Voucher for the value of the selected plancraft package for 4 months

- Remaining term 5 months: Voucher for the value of the selected plancraft package for 5 months

- Remaining term 6 months or more: Voucher for the value of the selected plancraft package for 6 months


4.3. The maximum voucher value is 199.9€ per month for up to 6 months, totaling 1,199.4€.


4.4. The voucher cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
