1. More efficient document processing

Expand and unfold titles

You can now open and unfold all or individual titles in your document to navigate through the document faster and create a better overview.

To expand all titles, click on the arrow icon in the header. If you want to collapse individual titles, click directly on the arrow icon in the corresponding title.

New toolbar

Important functions such as attaching files, sending PDFs via email or downloading can now be found directly via the tool bar at the top right of document editing.

Page navigation fold in and out

The menu icon at the top left allows you to open the page navigation to find your way around longer documents. As soon as you click on a position or title in the navigation, you will be directed there in the document. Another click closes the navigation again.

2. Better contact search

We've streamlined the search for contacts. This makes it possible, among other things, to search for “words within words.”

Of course, this also applies to the recipient search in the document header. The hits are now also marked in color here.

3rd auto Synchronization of labor costs

You have probably already saved the calculation of your wage costs in the settings (Settings/ Calculation/ Payroll Costs). From now on, these are automatically synchronized with payroll cost blocks within benefits — both within master data and in documents.

Before the synchronization takes place within current documents (in draft mode), you must confirm it. Alternatively, you can continue with the “old costs.”

If you click on the pencil icon, you can overwrite the wage costs stored in the settings. In this case, the input field will be white so that you can enter different costs.

If you override wage costs, sync will be removed from that specific position.
