The most important changes

1. Edit position numbers

When creating your documents, you can switch between individual and automatic numbering of the item numbers at any time.

To edit the positions, select the “Custom Numbering” option from the menu:

2. Show and hide long texts

When creating or editing documents, you can now show and hide long texts to quickly find your way around long documents.

3. Set material surcharges for folders

Basically, in Plancraft, you can set your surcharge rate for equipment in the settings. However, if you have different surcharge rates for different materials, you can simply enter them in the master data using the “Set surcharges” option.

4. Select drafts for project statistics

Drafts can now also be selected for statistics in the project. This allows you to compare the target and actual costs even before the document is completed and make adjustments if necessary.

5. Grouping of time entries per day

As soon as your employees enter more than one time entry per day, they are displayed one below the other in a table line. This gives you a better overview of an employee's time entries.

6. Delete time entries from employees

From now on, you can also delete your employees' time entries from the office. This allows you to better manage your time and undo time recording errors. To do this, select the appropriate time entry and click Delete entry.

More improvements

1. Improved full text search

The search finds word-in-word results. For example, with word Stein The word sandstone be found. In addition, the order of the search words is no longer relevant.

2. Precise calculation of wage costs

From now on, wage costs per minute will no longer be rounded to two digits after the decimal point. This enables precise price calculation in the document and prevents rounding errors. The calculation supports up to 10 digits after the decimal point, with a maximum of 4 digits after the decimal point.

As a result of the fact that wage costs, for example, are no longer 0,675€ upon €0.68 When rounded up, there are no errors in the calculation of wage costs if billing is carried out in minutes.
