The most important changes
1. Filter projects by team member 💡
From now on, you can filter your projects not only by status, but also by team member. Use this filter to organize your employees' assignments more easily and quickly.
2. Improving Excel export for working hours ⏱
We have redesigned the Excel export for working hours. In doing so, we moved the “Type” column, converted the “Hours” column to the “Number” format, and added the “Hours per Day” column. With these changes, you can use more functions in Excel (e.g. add up the hours). We've also made the same changes to the CSV export.
3. Redesigning settings ⚙️
With the new navigation bar, you can now navigate the settings faster!
We mainly focused on displaying only relevant information and making the settings compact and clear.
These adjustments are most relevant:
Preview in stationery
From now on, the preview is always displayed in the stationery settings. When you edit the data, it is also changed directly in the preview. In addition, you can now adjust page margins and spacing yourself.
DATEV export for invoices
From now on, the DATEV export can no longer be found in the settings, but directly in the overview of invoices. This allows you to make the settings you need right before downloading your invoices.

4. Improved quality of your stationery in PDF 📄
If you upload an individual background for your stationery in PDF format, the stationery quality should now be significantly better.
