The most important changes

1. Login and registration with mobile number 📱

Your mobile employees can now log in with their mobile number. This has the advantage that they do not have to create passwords and email addresses. Every employee can easily verify themselves via their mobile number!

2. Filter by multiple states 🤓

You can now filter for multiple statuses in the project list and in the planning board.

3. New colors in the planning board 🌈

Synchronized with status or assigned individually‍

In the planning board, the colors of the projects are now synchronized with the status as standard. If you don't want to use the status or want to assign individual colors to your projects, you can simply select a different color via “individual”.

Optimized color palette

The new colors are a bit stronger, more beautiful and optimized for readability and contrast.

4. Status filter in the planning board 🏷️

Change status

You can now change the status directly in the planning board.

In addition, you can now also filter by status, as in the project list. You can select multiple statuses and personalize your view.

5. Project overview for each contact 📋

Click on a contact in the list and see all associated projects in the right bar. From here, you can also directly create a new project for the respective contact.

6. Time recording - search for employees ⏱️

When you create a new time, you can now search for collaborators. Your employees are now also sorted alphabetically.
