The most important changes

1. Create folders in project repository 🗂

From now on, you can create folders in the cabinet of any project to organize your files more easily.

Create folders and subfolders

Click on the “Create folder” button to create a new folder in your project cabinet. You can also create subfolders within your main folders to organize your files even better.

Horizontal navigation

Use horizontal navigation to easily switch back and forth between created folders.

Move files and folders

Click on the three dots next to each folder or file in the list to move folders and files or perform other actions. Move your file to an existing folder, or create a new folder.

If you want to move, download, or delete multiple files or folders at once, simply select the items you want and use the options in the top bar.

Back up files from the chat

You can save files from the chat directly to the desired folder.

💡 Note: Next, we're working on making folders and files easy to drag and drop!

2nd planning board: Sort and hide team members 🗓

With a click on the pencil, you can now change the order of team members or hide them if necessary.

3. Master data improvement 🖥

In the master data, you can now see exactly when a material or service was last updated. We'll also show which team member made this update.

4. Post-calculation improvements 🔢

Enter costs (EC) for wages freely

You can now manually overwrite the wage costs in the post-calculation. For example, you can enter actual costs in the post-calculation even without a payroll calculation in the selected document.

Browse material master

When entering consumption, you can now search for and add material from the master data.
