The most important changes

1. Invoicing hourly wage work (directing) is child's play

Working hours that your employees or you have booked for a specific project via time recording are now displayed in the sidebar on the right. Select one or more times and click on “Accept selection”, for example, to quickly bill hourly work (direction).

2. Storing files outside the chat

The new “Storage” area allows you to upload files (photos, plans, contracts, etc.) even outside of the chat. These are only visible to office users. However, you can easily share files back and forth between storage and chat.

3. “Travel time” as a new time type in time recording

New to time recording is the recording of “travel times” as a separate type. Of course, this can also be filtered in the time list in the browser.

4. Measurement as a separate PDF

Similar to the calculation overview and the list of materials, the measurement can now also be viewed and downloaded separately from the original document.

5. 0% VAT for photovoltaic systems

According to § 12 para. 3 UStG, you can bill photovoltaic systems at 0%. You can now easily identify this in Plancraft.

6. “Reminded” filter in invoice list

The status “Remembered” marks all invoices for which a payment reminder or reminders have been filed. You can filter the invoice list by this status. Plancraft keeps its fingers crossed that the customer pays soon!
