Major changes

1. Images in Positions 🖼️

You can now add one image per item when editing your documents. Add images as usual by clicking or drag & drop. There is also space below the image for an image description.

2. Invoice list: More clarity 📃

Cancellations and invoice corrections are now displayed separately from their original invoices in the invoice list. All invoices are now clearly sorted by date and can be filtered and exported independently of each other. This is particularly advantageous for a smooth DATEV export.

3. Public holidays in the planning board and time recording 🎉

Public holidays are automatically created as a time entry for all employees based on your federal state and are also displayed in the mobile app.

Public holidays are displayed in the planning board and shaded in gray to improve clarity, and the planning board is now even more intelligent.

If a public vacation occurs during your vacation or other absence, it is automatically entered and your vacation days are adjusted accordingly.

Mobile Improvements

1. Record and upload videos

You can now record videos directly in the mobile app and upload them to the chat. To do this, click on the camera at the bottom right and switch between video and photo recording by clicking on the icon at the bottom left.

2. Mobile App without an internet connection

You can now also use our mobile app without an internet connection. Messages in the chat can be sent and are sent automatically as soon as a connection is established. This applies to text, images, videos and all other file types.

3. Profile Settings

You will now find your profile in the settings, where you can edit your personal data and upload a profile picture.

4. Notifications

You can now activate or deactivate notifications for bets and chat messages in the settings.
