January release
We wouldn't be Plancraft if we hadn't used the holidays and time between years to bring new features to you. We will inform all users about the details in an extra post. The essential delicacies that until the end of January Be released:
Create a new contact directly from project folders
The longest-awaited feature, now at the start for you: Create folders and create the new customer directly without detours. Delightful!
Your own stationery
Our standard layout may be sexy, but for more variety, we now have separate stationery for everyone!
Improved calculation
Instead of just being able to calculate the EP (unit price), you can now easily calculate the GP (total price). Calculate all costs for the position of your choice and Plancraft will calculate the XP for you.
Also practical: You can now also enter the GP directly and Plancraft will calculate the associated XP for you based on the amount. Cool!
Other features
- Credits: new document type
- Default texts: Bold, italicized, or underlined
- Automatic formulations: For example, for 0% VAT Invoices (e.g. reverse batch in accordance with §13b UStG.)
- Automatic update the date in documents

Sales tax back to 19%!
The return to sales tax also affects your work as a craftsman. As in summer 2020, there are a few things to consider here. We have written a separate blog post for you! The key points:
- The date of performance is decisive for the sales tax
- So 16% until 31.12.2020, 19% again from 1.1.2021 (for the standard rate)
- In the final invoices, the tax burden that has already been invoiced is offset against the total tax burden due
- Partial invoices, on the other hand, are independent invoices and are not corrected

Despite all the circumstances that have arisen as a result of the last year and are yet to come, we still wish you a good start to the new year. We definitely still have a lot of plans for this year.
