The most important changes

1. Master data

folder structure

The new folder structure allows you to add more structure and efficiency to your calculation.

You can store your material and services in folders and subfolders.

You can easily select selected materials or services using the multi-selection...

... and use the folder icon to move it to an existing (sub) folder, or to a new one.

If you now search for the respective folder when creating documents, all services and materials contained will be displayed and you can simply drag them into the document as usual.

In the calculation, you can of course also use the search to find all materials if you search for the respective folder.

Material synchronization

Do you change the price of a material in the master data, e.g. to 11,80€ as in this example...

... this is how Plancraft automatically asks you whether you want to incorporate the new price into existing designs.

In all calculated services within the master data, material prices are updated automatically without a “confirmation window.”

2. View material list

You can now find an overview of all calculated materials by clicking on the three points under “View material list”.

Quantities of material that are included in several services are added up here. The material list can be downloaded and, for example, used as a packing list or help with the procurement of materials.

The material list will soon also be available as a packing list in the mobile app.

3. Optimize page breaks

Positions are often unsightly separated by a page break. Just click on “Optimize page breaks”...

... and Plancraft does the rest. If you don't like the result, you can also undo the optimization.

Very long positions are still separated by page breaks, otherwise there will be too large “empty” spaces in the course.

4. Default for title overview and measurement

In your documents, you can determine whether you want to add a title overview and the measurement as an attachment.

You can now set whether you want this function to be turned on or off by default using the default settings.

4. GAEB improvements

• In tendering mode, the Position numbers taken one-to-one from the GAEB file.

• In addition, we now also support Texts within the list of services.

Further improvements on GAEB will follow soon.

5. Miscellaneous

• In the calculation, you can Cost type “Wage” Now, in addition to hours and minutes, again other units be selected. This is interesting, for example, for trades that calculate with piecework rates per m².
• Furthermore, you now have the Credit card as a new payment method available.
