Updates in March 2021

New features in March release: Folder-level chat function and preview of uploaded documents and photos.

#1 The new chat

The new chat function at folder level is now available for you. You can find them on the right side of every digital folder. It is the evolution of the previous upload area.

What are the benefits of this for me?

Your construction journal
Simply write down all your notes about the respective project yourself in our chat. So everything is in one place.
Chat with colleagues
Communicate quickly and easily about the project. This means that the most important information is directly assigned to the project and is no longer lost in any WhatsApp groups. All colleagues in your work area can now communicate easily. Awesome, isn't it?!
Your messages are highlighted in light blue, and your colleagues' messages are currently gray. That way you can tell them apart quickly.
Save your project data
As before, you can use the chat to save building plans, product images, brochures or other information material in a folder. We are already working on making these available as attachments to offers & other documents.

You can delete messages by clicking on them once and then selecting “Delete.”

All relevant project and customer data is still stored in the folder - it can be found at the top right under Details.

#2 Improved preview

In the chat, you can now directly “preview” the images or PDFs. So you can see what it's all about at first glance.

In addition, when you click on an image/document, you can now also preview all other files one below the other. So you always have an overview.
