The most important changes
1. The new project statistics/post-calculation is finally here
With the new project statistics, you can easily keep track of calculated target and actual values from time recording. Identify problems early on and steer your project confidently towards success!
That's how it works
The target values
As you can see in the illustration, the target values come from the document selected at the top right, more precisely from the price calculation of the document. In this example, we have selected the offer (A-00101) as the database.
In the image, you can see that the target values come from the price calculation of the selected document (e.g. offer A-00101). In the example, 8 hours are estimated for a total of 384.00€, including cost of 320.00€ and 20% surcharges (64.00€).
Here is another excerpt from the calculation overview of the selected offer:
The actual values
The actual values result from the times actually booked for the project. In the example, 1 hour has been credited to the project so far.
The current wage costs are 40€ per hour, calculated by the sum of the salary of the offer without surcharge (320,00€) divided by the calculated working hours (8h). In this case, every hour booked for the project costs you 40.00€/h.
Important for you!
Activate project statistics - In order for you to be able to use the new project statistics at all, you must use the price calculation when writing your documents. This is the only way to create a clean separation between costs, surcharges and sales prices. This serves as the basis for clean project statistics and post-calculation.
2. Record times even easier: vacation and bad weather on an hourly or daily basis, conveniently enter via app & new working time regulations
Now your employees on construction sites can record times even more easily! Vacations and bad weather can now be conveniently entered via app, even on an hourly or daily basis.
Now online: The new working time regulations
From now on, you can easily set standardized working time arrangements for your team for a selected period of time. These then appear in your employees' mobile time recording. You can find the working time regulations in your settings.
3. More clarity in Plancraft - we've improved that
Plancraft impresses with its clarity. We want to keep this for you despite more functions, which is why we have optimized the following things for you!
Document numbers now as text and no longer as labels.
Previously, the document number was a label on your document, we have now changed that, the number is now where it should be → on your document.
Discount and the label invoice disappears
We have also renamed the label “1 advance invoice” to “1st discount” and the label “Invoice” also disappears, it was clear from the heading “Invoice” anyway.
4. Development of the annexes - that has changed
Now you can easily attach files directly from your storage to your documents.
5. Now even more options for the function: “Download customized PDF”
You now have even more choices when downloading your documents as an adapted PDF.
