The most important changes

1. Search for master data in the document using the folder structure 🔎

From now on, you can navigate through the folder structure to add services or materials from your master data to your documents.

As soon as you click on a folder, you can now also select multiple materials or services. Click “Insert Selection” to add it to your document.

2. Address suggestions and completion ⚗️

Plancraft now provides you with suggested addresses when you type in roads. With one click, all fields are filled out automatically. This works both in contacts and at the construction site address.

3. Tax rates of all neighboring countries 💹

Plancraft is currently available in Germany and Austria. Nevertheless, it is natural that companies close to the border in particular have customers abroad. That's why you can now select all tax rates of neighboring German and Austrian countries in Plancraft.

4. Import calculations (GAEB tenders) 📢

From now on, you can use the right sidebar to search for services from your master data or documents in order to import their calculation or calculation modules. Your prizes are therefore accepted in no time at all and the call for tenders only takes a few moments.

5th planning board 🧭

With the new planning board in Plancraft, you have project planning and deployment planning in one tool. And your employees on the construction site now also always know where to go and when and what needs to be done there.

6. Recalculation of projects 🏦

With the help of the post-calculation, you can now compare your planned costs from the calculation with the actual costs incurred. In this way, always keep an eye on the total costs of your projects and counteract any discrepancies!
