The most important changes

Create xInvoice 📑

From now on, you can easily download your invoices as e-invoices (XRechnung).

Regardless of whether it's a new or an old invoice: The XInvoice option can be found in the drop-down menu of the download button. Alternatively, you can also access the XInvoice in the invoice list or in the project overview via the three-point menu.

Before downloading, you can add required information if your client requests it.

Create multiple working time models ⏰

Do you have employees who work different hours, such as part-time, 4-day week? As an admin, you can now create several working time models in the settings and assign them to your employees. As a result, all-day absences are correctly displayed under times in accordance with the assigned working time models.

You can also view an overview of your employees' working time models under Employees in the settings and also adjust them directly there.

Custom layouts for reports 📃

Recently, you can not only design your documents, but also your reports with stationery. In the settings, you will find a new tab for report layouts next to the documents area. Here you can individually customize your company logo, fonts and other important layout elements.

Project storage in the mobile app 🗂️

From now on, you can also conveniently use the project repository in the mobile app — with the same functions as in the web version:

• uploading files: Import files directly from the camera, gallery, existing documents, or via scanner — just as easily as in a chat.
• Create folders: Organize your filing and create new folders directly in the app.
• Managing files: Rename, delete, share, or download files or folders with just a few clicks

Approval for mobile users

Thanks to the new authorization function, Office users can selectively share files and folders with mobile users — or revoke access at any time.

This makes your collaboration even more flexible and efficient!
