This way to Try it out for yourself
#1 - New user role “Mobile (Smartphone)” 🧑🏽 🏭🤳🏽
The new user role is for team members who only access to the smartphone app, but not for office use. These can be foremen, fitters, journeymen, trainees or industrial workers, for example.
Equip your team with the smartphone app now! To do this, go to...
Settings > Workspace > “Add team members”
And give them Email your colleagues and select “Mobile (smartphone).”

Mobile team members cost 9€ per user per month. You can find more information about the new role here.
#2 - What's new in the smartphone app 📱
work instructions
The work instructions show the Services of the offer/ order confirmation of the selected project. This means that you and your colleagues always know what needs to be done. Unnecessary information such as Prices are not shown here.

search
Save time and now find your projects faster using the search function.

Assigned projects
Do you still remember our last product update? There we explained how to assign colleagues to projects via the office application. What is new is that all team members have the “Mobile (Smartphone)” role on the smartphone app only see the projects to which they were previously assigned.

#3 - Archiving projects 📦
Bring more overview to your project list. You can archive projects that have been completed or have not become assignments.

Archived projects end up in a separate list. You can this Open via the archive icon.
