Passion and heart for her craft - Jessica's journey to the present day
Actually Jessica wanted to study in Frankfurt, just like her mom, there was just no course of study that would have been suitable. So Jessica decided to train as a painter and varnisher. Although she always kept the option to switch again open, she never made use of it.
A step that she absolutely does not regret to this day was that she went straight to the master school and even to international competitions after completing her training.
Today, it is primarily the beautiful aspects that make her job a passion, as she herself says that seamless bathrooms are already one of the most beautiful things she was able to do.
Show authentically what crafts can be like — that is the colorful future
“It couldn't be more inauthentic, these posters are the worst thing for me”
Clear words from Jessica when it comes to advertising measures for the craft sector. Jessica thought there had to be another way.
No sooner said than done: The colorful future was born. With their Instagram channel Jessica would now like to get excited about crafts. She would like to make the journey into crafts appealing to young people in particular.
“It depends on you and how colorful your life is...”
With this spirit, she inspires a colorful future - whether in the painting trade or in general. And yes, it was already able to pave the way for one or the other person into the craft sector. Jessica Jörges can be absolutely proud of herself here!
“Be there live!” - Customers follow work via Instagram
How cool it could be that Jessica takes her followers to the construction sites was clear at the latest after the reactions of her customers: “How, can I be there live?!”
After a lengthy project with quite older customers, it turned out in the end that the construction site was always being followed via Instagram. Jessica wouldn't have expected that now.
In this way, she always lets employees and trainees in the company take pictures, in the end it is great for the customer and, of course, also advertising to the outside world! A great thing.
“We are happy to take our trainees to workshops and training courses” - Today, a company must also be able to offer something
For Jessica, it is clearly the special, unique techniques and working methods that make her job fun. Whether it's special puttying techniques, seamless bathrooms or custom-made wallpaper, these are all things Jessica has come to appreciate and love about her job.
In the future, Jessica wants to become even more secure in operating processes, as the takeover of the company will take place in the long term.
She also wants to continue showing and presenting everyday life on construction sites via her Insta channel and continue to be an open ear to all those who have questions in the future.
We say: Stay the way you are, with your positive attitude, too, THANK YOU for having people like you in the German craft sector!
