How does plancraft work in Austria?

It's pretty easy.

If Austria is selected as the company headquarters during the registration process, all settings will be made accordingly.

You can find out what they are below:

tax rates

We provide all tax rates relevant to you in plancraft:

• 20% VAT (normal sales tax rate)
• 13% VAT (reduced, e.g. for firewood)
• 0% VAT - reverse charge procedure, §19 para. 1a UStG.
• 0% VAT - small business owners, §6 UStG.

Of course, the corresponding automatic information texts for 0% tax invoices are also available.

Online bookkeeping

Exporting DATEV to a tax advisor is also already possible. With plancraft, you can export the following files from a period of your choice:

• All invoices including cancellation and partial invoices in PDF format
• Accounting batch in DATEV format (CSV)

Your tax advisor can then easily import the files into the system of their choice (including BMD, RZL). 🚀

ÖNORM

Plancraft supports the import of ÖNORM documents in .onlv format, so you can easily use tender documents.

Further adjustments

The devil is in the details and goes beyond tax rates. For example, default settings for the country have also been changed in contact and address fields, or the recipient country's identity card in letterhead.
