#1 Delivery notice for emails

We have once again improved our mail feature and can now show you exactly whether an email has been delivered or not. When sending an email, the label “Sent...” is first displayed.

After a short time, Plancraft then shows whether the email was delivered successfully or not.

If, contrary to expectations, the sending of the email fails, we will also inform you again by sending an info email to your address.

#2 Multitask with new preview

Documents and images that are in the chat now open on the right edge of the screen and no longer directly as a full screen. The advantage: You can easily continue editing your documents while you look at the construction plans or photos of the construction site again. Of course, you can still activate full screen mode if necessary.

#3 Save search results

If you enter a project during a search and then navigate back to the search results, Plancraft now saves your search results. This means that you don't have to type in your request again if you clicked on the wrong project, for example.

#4 Project status/phases

Give your projects a status or divide them into different phases to better structure and organize them.

Then filter for a specific status to get a better overview.

Tip: You can freely edit the status and, for example, change the name, add a new one or change the color. We explain how this works in our Tip of the week.
