New reporting feature including report templates 📋

A major update that many have been waiting for is our new reporting feature. From now on, you can easily create reports for your projects in the office and make them available to your local employees. There are numerous report templates to choose from, which you can customize individually by dragging and dropping. As with your documents, reports are first saved as drafts. Best of all, you can also create your own templates and share them with your team.

On the go, you can access report templates provided via the PlanCraft app and fill them out directly. When you're done with the report and need signatures, you can easily have it signed digitally.

Digitally sign reports ✍️

Signing your documents digitally is easy: As soon as you're satisfied with the report, you can have it digitally signed right in the preview.

It works just as easily in the mobile app: check the report, preview and finish with the signature!

Navigate to the project while in use 🗓️

From now on, you can navigate directly to the project from an assignment in the planning board.

Mark titles as alternative or eventual 🏷️

From now on, you can mark an entire title in the editor as alternative, eventual or eventual (included). This doesn't save you time, but makes your documents even clearer and tastier for your customers.

As soon as a track is marked as, for example, “Alternative”, the track total is displayed in full with the usual label. The marked titles are also shown in the title overview with the sum and the corresponding note.

Cancel & reissue invoices 🚫

Did an error creep into your bill? No problem: From now on, you can choose to reissue your invoice while canceling.

This allows you to correct and reissue your invoice with just a few clicks.

New menu items: Reports, Documents & Storage 🗂️

Your project view in your mobile app gets new menu items. For example, office license holders can now also view documents on their mobile devices. Another new feature is that drafts can also be displayed. In addition, there is now finally an additional “Reports” menu item in your projects. It is not far from here to get the digital signature. As a third, we are also introducing a filing system, which will be available for you soon.

Generate reports from the deployment page 📋

From now on, you can also create reports in the deployment details! With this update, you save valuable time and find all important information and actions about your mission in one place.
