The most important changes
1. Payment code for your bills 💸
Make it even easier for your customers to pay: Activate the payment code once in the settings and it automatically appears on all your invoices. If it is scanned with a banking app, all transfer data is automatically pre-filled.

This is included in the payment code:
- Recipient (company name)
- IBAN
- Payment amount
- Reference (invoice number)
Your data is automatically transferred to the QR code so that your customers don't have to type anything out anymore — this reduces errors and ensures faster payment receipt.
2. Reason for legally secure cuts ✂️
So that you are legally on the safe side, you can now give a reason directly in the window when reducing the invoice. There, explain in a simple and understandable way why the bill was cut — for you and your customer.

The reason is automatically displayed on the invoice correction and is therefore always transparently comprehensible.
3. Cancellation of invoice corrections 🚫
From now on, you can reverse invoice reductions. To do this, click on the three-dot invoice adjustment menu as usual and select “Cancel.” After confirmation, a cancellation document is automatically created, which invalidates the invoice correction. You can then reduce the original invoice again or cancel it if necessary.

If you want to cancel the abbreviated invoice directly, you can do so without canceling the invoice correction beforehand: Simply cancel the abbreviated invoice, the cancellation document is automatically generated.
Always send the cancellation document — just like cancellations — transparently to your customer so that the billing process is clearly documented.
4. Cancellation of refunds 🚫
From now on, you can also cancel refunds — as usual via the three-point menu in the invoice list or the project overview. Just as with other invoices, you can create a new credit note based on the canceled ones with one click.
5. Time recording: vacation, unpaid vacation, illness and holidays full or half-day 🗓️
From now on, absences — illness, vacation, unpaid vacation and public holidays — can only be recorded in full or half days. In fact, the law states that illness, vacation and public holidays are only counted all day or half day. You can continue to register all other absences — such as other things, continuing education, short-time work or bad weather — for any length of time.

1. New design in time recording
Your employees can now record their time on the construction site even more easily. For example, the time type is now selected directly in the form. The start and end times are side by side. In addition, absences (vacation, illness, unpaid vacation and holidays) are now only recorded in full or half days — just like in the desktop app.
