Hamburg, May 7, 2025 – The Hamburg-based SaaS company plancraft has appointed Andreas Thorsheim, CEO of Otovo, as the Chairman of its Advisory Board. Thorsheim can contribute his experience well as he had various executive roles, e.g. at Opera Software and Schibsted, both software internationalization heavy weights.

Advisory Board Now Fully Staffed with High-Profile Members


The Advisory Board is now fully operational: alongside the Norwegian entrepreneur, the board includes founders Alexander Noll and Julian Wiedenhaus, as well as investors Staffan Helgesson (Creandum) and Martin Möllmann (HTGF), who enabled plancraft’s European expansion last year through a €12 million funding round.

Thorsheim’s appointment further underscores plancraft’s strategic ambitions in Europe. As CEO of Europe’s leading solar platform, he has a deep understanding of the diverse needs of European crafts businesses.
