A software that brings all processes together

ProDACH GmbH from Tyrol offers plumbing, roofing and timber construction as well as sealing — with a team of ten people who work on a wide variety of construction sites. For managing director Matthäus Haid, it was clear for a long time that the existing software systems did not adequately cover everyday working life. Several tools had to be used, many things were done twice, and the overview was quickly lost. That's why the team set out to find a solution that combines everything — and found what they were looking for with plancraft.

Smooth implementation and noticeable relief

The changeover was uncomplicated. Plancraft was first tested in the office, then, after a short training period, introduced throughout the company. The software impressed with its simple operation and clear structure. In particular, the preparation of offers has been greatly simplified: Information that is included directly during the construction site visit can be incorporated into the offer calculation without detours — a relief that, according to Matthäus Haid, is “a very positive story.” Automatic saving also reduces sources of error and saves time in everyday life.

More overview through mobile communication

With plancraft, businesses are now more flexible and significantly better connected. Current project data can be accessed at any time via tablet or smartphone. For Matthäus Haid, this has also changed communication with the team — he learns more quickly what is happening on the construction site, can react to problems early on and make decisions. “I'm actually almost there live,” he says — a big step forward compared to before. He is particularly pleased that his employees also identify well with the system and enjoy using it in everyday life.
