Section 9 Modification and Termination of the Campaign
Plancraft reserves the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate the campaign at any time for good cause. Good cause exists in particular if the proper execution of the campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical, legal, or other objective reasons. Any claims already accrued by participants remain unaffected by this.
Section 10 Exclusion of Participants
Plancraft reserves the right to exclude participants from the campaign in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions or a reasonable suspicion of manipulation. In the event of a retroactive exclusion, any prize already awarded may be reclaimed.
Section 11 Applicable Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.
Section 12 Final Provisions
By participating in the campaign, participants agree to these terms and conditions. Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
