New overviews for projects and contacts

Projects and contacts now have a new overview page. Data is now displayed in a table format , allowing you to see all important information at a glance.

You can also sortcontent by column. For example, you can sort your entries by project or customer number in ascending or descending order.

Additionally, it is now possible to use search and filters simultaneously .

Select and download multiple reports

In the report list, you can now select multiple reports and download them together downloaded or deleted . This allows you to perform actions on multiple reports with just a few clicks. When downloading, all reports are exported into a single PDF file.

When you hover your mouse over a report, a checkbox appears to the left of the report name. Clicking this checkbox opens a new view where you can select multiple or all reports at once to perform actions.

Duration of leave requests

In the Time tab under “Leave requests” you can now see the duration of each leave requestat a glance. This makes it even faster and easier to decide whether to approve or decline the request.

The calculation is based on the working time account that you can configure under “Settings” and automatically deducts public holidays and sick days.

Easily bill working hours

Hours that employees have logged to projects can now be billed even faster.

When you add time entries in the editor, the employee's stored labor costs are automatically applied – including the names of the corresponding wage groups.

Access to the file storage when creating documents

You can now access the project file storage directly from the right sidebar when creating a document. You can open previews of images and PDF files there.

You can also easily insert images from the file storage into your documents using drag and drop.

Improvements in the mobile app 📱

Select and download multiple reports

In the report list in the app, you can now select multiple reports and download or delete them together. This allows you to perform actions on multiple reports with just a few clicks. When downloading, all reports are exported into a single PDF file.

This feature is only available in the mobile app for completed reports . You can select a report either by long-pressing on the relevant report or via the menu button (the three dots).
