Our Hiring Process
Intro & first exchange
(1x or 2x 30 min, virtual)
In an initial interview with a Talent team member, you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about plancraft, how we work, and the role. At the same time, we’d like to hear what drives you, what skills you bring to the table, and what you’re looking for.In a potential second interview, you’ll then speak with your prospective team lead for an initial discussion on technical topics and expectations.
Challenge
(1 week)
In the next step, we'll ask you to complete a challenge. You'll have 1 week for this, and you'll get a direct feel for the actual tasks in this role. If you successfully complete it, we'll be happy to invite you to the next round. For some roles, the challenge takes place live during the deep dive interview.
Deep Dive
(60-90 min, virtual)
In this interview, we’ll delve deeper into both professionally and personally. You’ll discuss your prepared challenge, the day-to-day realities of the potential role, as well as ways of working and expectations with at least two colleagues from your potential team.
Meet the Team
(90-120min, on-site)
During the final round, you’ll get to know your team, key peers and management team members in person at our HQ office. At the same time, we’ll also gather reference contacts from you from previous stations. If everything checks out here as well, nothing stands in the way of an offer!
