Adjusting document prices
You can now easily adjust calculated prices for quotes, invoices, and other documents—without losing track of your markups.
To do this, click on "Adjust price"in the totals block of your document. In the window that appears, select whether you want to change the total markup, the net total , or the gross total .

Plancraft will then automatically adjust the entire calculation and all line item prices in the background.
Pro tip:
If you want to keep certain line item prices unchanged, you can exclude them from the redistribution—simply don't include them in your selection.
Once you apply the changes, the price adjustment will be distributed proportionally across the selected items.
Improvements to times and time exports ⏱️
The time tracking table now follows the same structure as your other tables in plancraft. Plus, there are new featuresthat make working with your time entries much easier:
- Sort entries by date (ascending or descending)
- Filter by multiple projects or employees simultaneously
- Switch quickly between the current and previous year
- Benefit from faster loading times for searches and pages
- Keep an eye on hours per time type with the new overview right at the top
Exporting your time entries has also been improved:
- Select individual columns for export
- The file name automatically adjusts to your selected filters

This saves you time and unnecessary clicks during your monthly reporting!

Drag & drop materials and services into calculations
Calculations can now be applied directly to existing line items via drag & drop. New calculation entries are added to the target item. Existing item descriptions will not be overwritten.

Change contact type
If a contact was incorrectly created as a person or organization, you can easily change the type.
Click the edit icon in the contact and select a new "Type." Confirm your entry by clicking "Save."

Change voice
Give your assistant the perfect voice. In the settings, you can choose from several female and male voices – and use the live preview to hear exactly how the greeting sounds before you make your choice.

Customize greeting
From now on, you decide how your AI assistant answers the phone. Choose the standard greeting, where PORTA automatically introduces itself as your company's AI office – you can also overwrite the company name. Or, save a completely custom greeting. This way, you have full control over the wording and tone.

Add company information
Describe your business, your services, opening hours, or emergency service availability – all in one place. PORTA uses this information as a knowledge base during calls: If a caller asks a question that can be answered using this info, the assistant provides the answer directly. Otherwise, it offers a callback.

Capture project inquiries effectively
Set up to 10 custom questions that PORTA asks for new project inquiries – for example, regarding timeframe, project type, location, scope, or budget. The assistant processes the questions one by one and always collects the name, address, and phone number as well. This way, you receive structured inquiries without having to pick up the phone yourself.
